Returns & Exchanges

At Omotenashi TCG, we strive to provide the highest quality apparel and accessories for the trading card community. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
